Shipping Policy for LCD Buyback Program

Smobile offers a hassle-free shipping solution by arranging the pickup of LCDs directly from participants. To initiate the shipping process, participants can contact Smobile through the designated communication channels.

2. Participant's Responsibility:

Participants are responsible for securely packaging their LCDs according to the provided guidelines.

Ensure accurate labeling with your company name, contact information, and any additional identification marks.

3. Shipping Confirmation:

Upon successful submission of your LCD Buyback request, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and instructions.

​

4. Shipment Tracking:

Participants may request tracking information for their shipments. Smobile will provide tracking details when applicable.

5. Non-Functioning LCDs:

Non-functioning LCDs may be accepted, but they may not hold any value unless specified by Smobile. The LCD and Digitizer must be functional for the LCD to have recycling value.

6. Delivery Confirmation:

Participants are encouraged to retain proof of shipment and request delivery confirmation from the Smobile pickup team.

​

7. Disposal of Unclaimed LCDs:

Grade D LCDs not claimed within 5 business days will be disposed of by Smobile.

8. International Shipping:

Participants engaging in international shipments must adhere to applicable customs regulations and bear any associated costs.

9. Shipping Timeframes:

Smobile aims to process and evaluate LCDs within 1-3 business days of pickup. Participants will be notified of the results promptly.

10. Shipping Cost Responsibility:

Smobile covers the shipping cost as part of the pickup service. Participants are not responsible for any shipping costs.

​

11. Shipping Insurance:

Smobile ensures the safe transportation of LCDs during pickup. Participants do not need to purchase additional shipping insurance.

12. Changes to Shipping Policy:

Smobile reserves the right to modify this shipping policy. Participants will be notified of any changes.
